Junior Umpire Training Program Boys/Girls between the ages of 10-18 may signup for the Junior umpire program and earn $10 per game while learning the rules of the game, and how to umpire. Junior umpires will work the bases and behind the plate under the direction of a senior umpire. Protective equipment will be provided by the league. All Junior umpires will be required to attend training classes. Adults Become a PVLL Certified Umpire and Earn Extra Cash. anyone interested in umpiring games may do so and may be paid, providing you attend umpire training classes and first aide clinic. All certified umpires will be paid $25.00 a game.
