Volunteers

Any person over the age of 18 who would like to volunteer and will be in contact with any of the PVLL players is required to fill out a volunteer form.  A copy of a current goverment issued ID is also required.  New for 2008 - Social Security Numbers are not required unless the initial background check indicates that further information is needed.
